At TeaCode, we are looking for an experienced HR&TA Specialist who will replace our Head of HR Joanna for the time of her absence.

We are a small, 50 people company so there’s a lot of space to take the initiative. On the other hand, HR is responsible for both recruiting, hiring, employer branding and office tasks so you have to be a true multitasker.
Responsibilities:

Human Resources
-
Monitor HR KPIs - both operational and culture/engagement-related.

Work closely with Board Members and Heads (Delivery, Sales, Finance, Marketing): regular sessions, problem diagnosis, and cooperation in solution development.

Preparing and updating contracts and company documentation.

Designing and implementing HR solutions and processes.
-
Monitoring and managing time offs/vacation schedules.
-
Recruitment and Employer Branding

Monitor TA KPIs

End-to-end recruitment process management – from posting job advertisements to recommending candidates.

Active sourcing and talent acquisition.

Ensuring a positive candidate experience through efficient and professional communication.

Collaborate with the Marketing team on employer branding initiatives.

Administration and Office Management
-
Managing day-to-day office operations.
-
Ordering and managing equipment for coworkers.
-
Coordinating cooperation with external vendors/service providers when needed.
-
Handling correspondence and shipments.
-
Organizing and coordinating team-building events.
-
Supporting financial and administrative tasks (invoices, payments, corrections, payroll support).

Supporting internal communication (creating and publishing announcements, developing information and team-building activities).
Requirements:
-
5 years of experience in an HR Specialist role, preferably within the IT industry.

Proven experience in recruitment and HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, labor law, creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and direct search etc.

Very good command of English (min. B2+ level).

Native-level proficiency in Polish.

Higher education degree.
-
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal competencies.

Precision, accuracy, and a systematic approach to work.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Ability to independently plan tasks and manage workload beyond daily ad-hoc operations.
